“Fast paced” = “we deploy directly to production without QA”

“Dynamic team” = “The team is full of prima donnas and we sit in meetings for an extra long time arguing about the right way to do things.”

“Creative team” = “No one has any real background in software development. We’re just making this shit up as we go along.”

“Urgent requirement” = “Our main guy left because we were under paying him. So we need some other sucker with this gigantic list of skills and more than a decade of experience to work for the same amount that we’d pay a fresh college grad.”

“Architect needed” = “We need someone for our devs to argue with constantly. We also need someone to blame for everything that goes wrong.”

“QA manager needed” = “Our PMPs are tired of getting behind schedule because some pesky QA person keeps finding bugs. We need someone to stop QA from finding bugs.”

“Agile software development” = “Cowboy coding”

“Test driven development” = “We can fire the QA department!”
